Near fresh water ponds, restaurants, drive-in theater, cinemas, flea market, tennis courts, 25 mile bike trail, art galleries, walk to the bus shuttle (travels to Provincetown and Orleans hourly). The house has new wall to wall carpeting thru-out. On the upper level is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath, kitchen, dining and living room all open to each other with a beamed cathedral ceiling and sliding doors to a new large wrap-around deck. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds, a full bath, washer, dryer, family room. There are 2 T.V.'s with VCR and DVD players, wireless internet service, pool table, piano keyboard, gas grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. every thing you'll need for a nice vacation. Take a leisurely stroll through the Audubon bird sanctuary, catch a fishing charter out of Wellfleet Harbor, or a whale watch from nearby Provincetown.
